Ana Isabel Hernández Baño.

Graduated in Biochemistry from the University of Murcia (2024). She currently works as a Laboratory Specialist Technician in the Green Chemical Process Engineering research group, participating in the Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) project AGRO·MAR (Ref. LEO24-2-16047).​

Her main line of work is focused on developing strategies to advance toward circular and sustainable agriculture through the use of low-cost desalinated water and the valorization of its waste products. Her activities include membrane synthesis, assembly of electrochemical systems, analysis of nutrients and water quality parameters, and the study of microorganisms.
